wisdom for the day..

I believe-
That we don't have to change friends if we understand that friends change.

I believe-
That no matter how good a friend is, they're going to hurt you every once in a while, and you must forgive them for that.

I believe-
That you can do something in an instant that will give you heartache for life.

I believe-
That it's taking me a long time to become the person I want to be.

I believe-
That you should always leave others with loving words. It may be the last time you see them.

I believe-
That you can keep going long after you can't.

I believe-
That either you control your attitude or it controls you.

I believe-
That money is a lousy way of keeping score.

I believe-
That sometimes the people you expect to kick you when you're down, will be the ones to help you get back up-and vice versa.

I believe-
That sometimes when I'm angry I have the right to be angry, but that doesn't give me the right to be cruel.

I believe-
That just because someone doesn't love you the way you want them to doesn't mean they don't love you with all they have.

I believe-
That it isn't always enough to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes you have to learn to forgive yourself.

I believe-
That no matter how bad your heart is broken, the world
doesn't stop for your grief.

I believe-
That our background and circumstances may have influenced who we are, but we are responsible for who we become.

I believe-
That just because two people argue, it doesn't mean they don't love each other. And just because they don't argue, it doesn't mean they do.

I believe-
That you shouldn't be so eager to find out a secret. It could change your life forever.

I believe-
That two people can look at the exact same thing and see something totally different.

I believe-
That your life can be changed in a matter of hours by people who don't even know you.

I believe-
That even when you think you have no more to give, when a friend cries out to you, you will find the strength to help.

I believe-
That credentials on the wall do not make you a decent human being.

I believe-
That the people you care about most in life are taken from you too soon.

ace does dunkin donuts

here ya go,badger.

you know what? if i was ace,i'd ask for freebees as part of my pay.
their morning sandwiches are damn good.

"pay" work at home sites that suck

starting my list of time wasters..
i'm not making active links on this one.

as a general rule, most "point" sites suck.
some point and pay sites can be ok,but it's case by case.
anyway..these are ones i've left because i never got anywhere.

luckysurf.com
*lotto type site*
you make spins too easy, then you have to click on a banner just to get a result.
guess what?it signed you up for something.if you do join it,head for the health advice related banners.at least it's not a click-you're-screwed.

surveysavvy
they never sent me any surveys! what a joke.
the only way to unsubscribe is to find the link under help.
they don't make it obvious.

10-ads.com
you want to click for points eternally and maybe make all of 8 cents,go ahead.
they never seem to have any ads at all in the earning options.
i got about 7 mails a day,if i was lucky.
the one plus i will give is some ads can be re-clicked in 24 hours.but it still doesn't add up to much.

adbuddy.net
complete waste of time.barely got any clicks, and when i did,the page brainfarted.
i guess the only way to make money is buy their refferals..after you pay to upgrade, that is.

fairytaletreasures
i no longer endorse this site.i was kicked off with no warning for "invalid user profile"-which was total bullshit.everything was correct.i emailed the owner to ask what was wrong, never got an answer.lost 13 bucks and was one away from a free referal.
i should have known,my sponsor was also kicked off like that.

ciao.com
while they did pay after me waiting 3 months, they keep changing their rules
and now not open to anyone outside of US,UK,or canada.

rewardtv
promises prizes, never won anything after several months, and they zapped all my points for "inactivity".seems like another netwinner.

netwinner
changes rules and prizes, you play and play and never win.

zoom panel
survey/prize site.
never fully subscribed me,never responded to alternate email verification.
i really don't know why they have a site if they obviously don't want members.

honeyadvertiserpro
was good, just disappeared one day like a lot do.
with $8 they owed me.honeyhitspro may be down too-same people.

gainpay
takes for freaking ever to make a buck.you'll be bored..

tip:compatible brushes for PSP/PS

many people like to install premade brushes for the two programs paint shop pro,and photoshop.photoshop, for example has many different versions,6,7,CS,elements..
before you install any, make sure it's for all,or the particular version you have
(and give credit where due to brush author).

but did you know some brushes for paint shop pro can be used for photoshop?

PS brushes usually have the .abr extension,PSP the .jbr.
in some cases,it's possible to rename the extension, say jbr-->abr,and use it in the other program.it does not work on all brushes,so you should check and see if the download comes with the image files.if it does, you can just remake it in your compatible program..

If you would like me to add your site, leave me a message, and i will.

some really cool brush sites:

biorust
you have to register, but worth it.

psbrushes
HUGE collection here

obsidian dawn
beautiful collection of excellent brushes here

deviantART
many,many great ones here

Qbrushes
All kinds of background type stuff

blendfu
neat brushes,great assortment.

allgraphicdesign
a megalist of different goodies for PS.

free useful artistic programs/sites

i always get asked for help in finding free programs or sites for creating..so i'll start a list here of some indispensible good ones for you.i will add 'em as i come across them.

gimp
photo manipulation and retouching.kind of like photoshop
infranview
graphic viewer, also resize, and ability to use filters without photoshop.
doesn't work with all filters, but does do a great deal of them.
the plugin site
many free/trial plugins.i recommend harald's own,he has some good effects.
project dogwaffle
a nice free program.interface is a little confusing til you get used to it,but very versatile.i used it for many years before getting photoshop.there's both a free and an upgrade version.
abr viewer
VERY handy to check out abr. brush files before you install them.
neosoft/neopaint
30 day trial.i used this for many, many years.you can do quite a few things with this,if you add infranview for filters,as it does not do them.good starter program.
adobe for photoshop
almost more add-ons than you can possibly go through.
mayang's free textures
incredible gallery of all kinds of amazing textures..check it out.
imageafter
