i'm gonna make this a permanent thread-these poor unfortunate cats in this shelter are constantly under threat of death due to overcrowding.please help save their lives if you can,any donations help.

i wish there were more programs in place for reduced spay and neuter-the cost is so prohibitive to some,these queen felines have litter after litter,and end up in shelters.where is bob barker when we need him?
